  • There’s good focus and bad focus. Choose what to focus on. 
  • Showing the Plan: It’s about them. Posture - how lucky they are that you’re showing them the plan. Talk about what they’re looking for through the whole plan. 
  • Give it everything you’ve got. Don’t play the victim. Be fair and compassionate. Celebrate other people's success.

Ray Keller

  • “Don’t stand on anything you’re not sure of.” Yogi Berra
  • 3 Rs of the business.
  • Recruiter - what’s the opening you want to fill in your organization. Who are you looking for? Where are they? People that are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Recruiters never have an off switch. Recognize potential.
  • Retain - a 2000 lb elephant doesn’t give birth to a baby and then sit on it. Be able to remind people why they got in.
  • Reactivate - The people that are still there.

Ben Physick

  • When it goes from your head to your heart it’s game over. 
  • The harder you work the luckier you are. 
  • Know you why - 100 dreams. 
  • When you know why the rest takes care of itself.
