Must be Specific

They should be specific , not vague desires.


Must be Measurable

If you can’t measure it, you can’t monitor it.


Must be Attainable

Copy. You have seen people just like you attain them.


Must be Realistic

Be realistic in your timing. Don’t go for too much too soon. See the time

frame that others have done it in.


Must be Tangible

A tangible goal is one that demands an immediate change of behaviour or

planning on your part.


YOU MUST go where other successful [people] have gone, follow in their footsteps.

Don’t try to reinvent the wheel.


IT IS POSSIBLE. YOU CAN DO IT. THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY.
